Vishu Kani is being celebrated today, on April 15, 2023. Vishu which means ‘equal’, is the astronomical new year celebration of Hindu’s in the states of Kerala. It is Kerala’s new year, which coincides with Bihu in Assam, Baisakhi in Punjab and other harvest festivals in India.
